This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("you" or "User") and Pattern Wave ("we," "us," or "our") and covers your use of the OrionGMV software and hosted services (together, the "Service").

BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Service.

1. What the Service Is

OrionGMV provides continuity through a hosted memory service for the AI apps you choose to connect. You keep a passphrase-protected vault, connect supported AI applications through our desktop app, and those applications can read and write to the memory you've chosen to share.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the OrionGMV desktop app on devices you own or control, and to use the hosted vault service through it.

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where applicable law permits it
Resell or commercially resell access to the Service
Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content
Attempt to access another user's vault or bypass security controls
Scrape or extract another person's data or proprietary service components; this does not restrict exporting your own information

3. Your Vault

Your vault content belongs to you. We claim no ownership over the data you store. We do not routinely inspect your vault content, sell it, or use it to train shared models or another user's AI. The Service stores vault content encrypted and temporarily decrypts and processes it to perform memory operations you authorize through connected apps. Those apps receive the results you authorize; their own terms and privacy policies apply. We process account, billing, security, and operational metadata to run the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your vault is protected by its passphrase. We do not persist plaintext vault passphrases on the server or expose them through routine administrator interfaces. If you choose to remember a passphrase, the desktop app protects it using the local credential-storage system. Authorized operations use the passphrase transiently on the server. A lost passphrase may make content unrecoverable unless a valid recovery mechanism is available.

We recommend setting a recovery PIN as well. Your recovery PIN lets you reset a forgotten password and confirm account actions (such as vault deletion) without needing your vault passphrase.

4. Accounts and Security

Adult Eligibility

The Service is a general-purpose hosted memory and storage service intended exclusively for adults. To create an account or use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of legal majority in the country, state, province, or territory where you reside, and have legal capacity to enter this Agreement. You must expressly confirm these requirements and accept this Agreement before an account can be created.

Minors may not create accounts or use the Service, including with parental permission. You may not create an account for a minor or allow a minor to use your account. We rely on your eligibility confirmation unless we receive information indicating that it is inaccurate. A false confirmation is a material breach of this Agreement.

If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will suspend access and handle the account and personal information as required by applicable law, including deletion where required. Report suspected underage use to support@patternwave.studio. These eligibility terms do not limit our obligations under applicable privacy or consumer-protection law.

You must provide a valid email address and choose a passphrase to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passphrase and PIN and for all activity under your account.

5. Your Responsibility for Connected Apps

The Service is designed to let AI applications you choose to connect read and write vault memory. You are responsible for the apps you connect and for what those apps send to your vault. We do not control or endorse third-party apps, and you use them at your own discretion.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not store content that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware or harmful code, or constitutes harassment, threats, or hate speech. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this Agreement.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information and is also available before sign-in or registration and in the desktop app's Settings. It is a notice, not blanket consent to processing. Accepting this Agreement does not waive privacy rights or replace any separate consent required by law.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

A Free account includes one vault and a limited, account-wide monthly allowance of reads and writes. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month. Free registration does not require Stripe or a payment method. Reaching an allowance pauses the corresponding operation until the reset or an upgrade; it does not delete your memories. Account export and deletion remain available.

OrionGMVPlus includes two vaults and unlimited reads and writes, subject to reasonable service capacity and abuse prevention. Plus is offered at US$10 per month or US$100 per year, renewing at the selected interval unless canceled. Applicable taxes are added to these prices and shown by Stripe Checkout before you confirm payment. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through Stripe. Pro and Premium are no longer sold or renewed. Existing paid periods and previously granted trials remain valid through their applicable end date. Any move to the new paid offer requires the applicable billing confirmation. Cancellation or expiry returns the account to Free. Excess vaults remain preserved and exportable, with access limited by the current plan.

We will give you a reasonable export path for your vault data before any production migration or plan change that would affect your access.

9. Termination

You may export your information and request deletion of your account and data in the desktop app at any time. Inactivity, cancellation and non-payment do not automatically delete your account or vaults. We may suspend access for a material violation of this Agreement or as required by law. A deletion request revokes access and starts a verified deletion process; the receipt records its progress. Restricted records required by a specific legal obligation may be retained for that purpose. No provision limits your statutory rights.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, trademarks, logos, and design — is owned by Pattern Wave. This Agreement grants you only the limited license described in Section 2. Portions of the software may use open-source components under their own licenses.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATTERN WAVE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
